A Case of Congenital Hypoplastic Anemie -Diamond-B1ackfan Syndrome-

Abstract
|
|
|
Congenital hypoplastic anemia which occurs primarily in young infants is a rare
entity, in which subnormal erythropoiesis produces a gradual but profound anemia.
There is no alteration in the white blood cells or platelets.
Recently the authors experienced a case of congenital hypeplastic anemia in 4 month
old girl, successfully treated by corticosteroid. So we report this case with brief review
of literatures.
